Models are only useful once they ship
There's no shortage of impressive demos in AI. The hard bit is the engineering that turns one into a product: clean data, evaluation you can trust, sensible guardrails, and the APIs and infrastructure to serve predictions reliably and at sensible cost. That's the work we do - and we've been building production systems on this kind of platform since 2021.
LLM & Generative AI
Large language models open up genuinely new product features - assistants, semantic search, document understanding, summarisation and content generation. We build these properly: retrieval-augmented generation grounded in your own data, tool-using agents that take real actions, and the prompt evaluation and guardrails needed to keep outputs accurate and on-brand.
We're model-agnostic, working with the leading hosted models as well as open-weight models you can run yourself when data residency or cost demands it.
Machine Learning Models
Not every problem needs an LLM. For prediction, forecasting, classification, recommendation and anomaly detection, a well-built bespoke model is often faster, cheaper and more accurate. We've built models like this in production - for example, the system that predicts wind-driven electricity generation for MDA Renewables.
We take these from first proof-of-concept through to a deployed, monitored model, and we're honest about when a simpler approach will serve you better.
Data & MLOps
A model is only as good as the data feeding it and the platform running it. We build the pipelines that collect, clean and label data, and the MLOps around training, versioning, deployment and monitoring - so models can be retrained and improved safely as the world changes.
